Nature of Service
Tournism is an information and consultancy platform designed to help users optimize travel bookings using loyalty points and miles.
- We connect travellers to Avios/ loyalty point holders, who are willing to lend their points and book on behalf of person who is putting request, based on availability.
- We provide recommendations and facilitate deals; however, we are not an airline, hotel, or direct travel provider.
- All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers (Airlines, Hotels, etc.)
Accuracy of Information
While we strive for 100% accuracy, travel deals and loyalty point valuations change rapidly.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability of any specific deal, fare, or point redemption rate shown on the site.
- Third-Party Rates: Final pricing and point requirements are determined by the provider at the time of booking.
User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- Accurate Data: You agree to provide true and accurate information when submitting travel requests or booking inquiries.
- Lawful Use: You may not use our platform for any fraudulent or speculative bookings.
Loyalty Points & Miles
Point Ownership: Users acknowledge that loyalty points are subject to the rules of the issuing airline or hotel program. The Company does not sell, own, or provide travel tickets, upgrades, or loyalty points. We do not act as an agent for any airline or loyalty program. All bookings are peer-to-peer transactions facilitated by our dashboard
Role of the Platform: Tournism (the “Company”) operates exclusively as a technology-based marketplace. The Company connects users who wish to obtain travel services (“Requestors”) with independent third-party members who hold valid loyalty points or miles (“Sellers”)
Transfer Risks: Tournism is not liable for any account audits or closures initiated by airlines resulting from the misuse of points outside their specific program terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tournism and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
- Cancellations, delays, or service failures by third-party airlines or hotels.
- Loss of loyalty points due to expiration or program changes. Users (Sellers) are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of loyalty points complies with the terms and conditions of the respective airline or loyalty program. The Company is not liable for any account suspensions or cancellations by third-party loyalty programs.
- The Company does not assign a “cash value” to loyalty points. Payments made by Requestors are for the “Booking Management Service” and “Matchmaking Facilitation” provided by the Platform

Governing Law
